The Japan’s most “radical” graffiti artist, 281_Anti nuke’s documentary film, “FOUR YEARS ON” released on YouTube! The artist has been vigorously criticizing TEPCO and the Japanese government on the streets in Shibuya, Tokyo. Today is just four years after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant disaster on 11th March 2011. Watch the film with English subtitles from here!
